App Screenshot Maker is a web-based SaaS platform that allows users to create professional app store screenshots for the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. The Service provides templates, design tools, and export functionality to generate screenshot assets for mobile app listings.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

3. Subscription and Billing

The Service offers paid subscription plans. As of the date of these Terms, pricing is $19 per month (billed monthly) or $190 per year (billed annually). Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Any price changes will not affect your current billing period.

3.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected billing cycle. You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date.

3.3 Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund by contacting us at support@appscreenshotmaker.com. Refunds requested after the 30-day period are issued at our sole discretion.

3.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for partial billing periods, except as covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee.

3.5 Free Trial and Free Features

We may offer free trials or limited free features at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free offerings at any time without notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
  • Upload, transmit, or generate content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' accounts, or our systems and networks

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights in the screenshots, images, text, and other content you create using the Service ("Your Content"). We claim no intellectual property rights over Your Content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process Your Content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.

5.2 Our Platform

The Service, including its design, code, templates, graphics, user interface, and underlying technology, is the intellectual property of dan1sland Productions and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service or any part of it without our prior written consent.

5.3 Templates

Templates provided within the Service are licensed for your use in creating app store screenshots. You may use the output generated from our templates for any lawful commercial or personal purpose. However, you may not extract, redistribute, or resell the templates themselves.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dan1sland Productions and its owner, Daniil Mukashev, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Indemnification

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dan1sland Productions operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

For significant changes, we may also notify you via email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.   • Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
  • Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
